Refund and Returns Policy

Aussie Toys Online aims to provide you with quality products but we understand there will be times when you may not be happy with the product you purchased.

Refunds

  • All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original transaction.

  • If the original payment method is not available a store credit will be provided.

  • If Aussie Rewards credit is used, it cannot be refunded.

Faulty Returns

  • If any of the products you orders through Aussie Toys Online do not match the description, are faulty or not fit for the purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, exchange, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Where you believe there is a genuine issue with an item, please contact us at support@aussietoysonline.com.au with information about the issue, photos also help in some situations. Depending on the issue we will advise the best course of action to deal with the return. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Please do not send items back before contacting us as we may not be able to reimburse any costs you have incurred if there is found to be no issue with your item.

Returns for Personalised and Made to order products

  • Because these products are made to order we can only provide a refund if the product does not match the description, is faulty or not fit for the purpose.

  • Please contact us at support@aussietoysonline.com.au to advise if you have an issue with a personalised or made to order product.
