Same Day Order Dispatch*

  • All orders placed before 12pm AEST are guarenteed to be dispatched the same day.
  • If you order after 12pm the latest your order will be dispatched the next day.
  • If your order contains a Pre-Order product we will wait until all products arrive before dispatching your order.
  • If there is an issue dispatching your order on time we will cotact you via email.

Australian Customers

All of our Australian delivery options have flat rate pricing so no matter how much you buy you always know how much you will pay. Tracking is provided on all orders, please check your dispatch email or order details in My Account.

  • Free Standard Delivery is available when you spend over $50 in one transaction.

  • Flat Rate Standard Delivery Australia Wide is $10 through www.shippit.com.au, typical delivery time is 2 - 7 business days. Shippit is fully tracked and provides regular email and sms updates on your deliveries status. Most orders are sent with Australia Post but there are times where we may use other courier services when we can provide a faster delivery time at no extra cost.

  • Flat Rate Express Delivery Australia Wide is $15 through www.shippit.com.au, typical delivery time is 1 - 5 working days. Shippit is fully tracked and provides regular email and sms updates on your deliveries status. Most orders are sent with Australia Post Express but there are times where we may use other courier services when we can provide a faster delivery time at no extra cost.

 

Worldwide Delivery Options by DHL eCommerce

International Customers

All orders outside of Australia are dispatched 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Please be aware that as the customer you may be required to pay additional import duties, taxes or fees  for your order to clear customs as it arrives in the destination country. Aussie Toys Online is not responsible for paying these import duties, taxes or fees. Please check with your local customs office as these fees will vary by country.

  • International Standard Tracked Delivery is provided through DHL eCommerce, pricing is calculated using the weight of your order in the checkout. Through DHL and Shippit your order is fully tracked and we provide regular email and sms updates on your deliveries status. Delivery timeframes are below:

    • New Zealand 3 - 5 business days

    • Asia Pacific 5 - 12 business days

    • Western Europe 5 - 9 business days

    • North America 7 - 9 business days

    • Rest of the World 9 - 14 business days

New Zealand Customers

  • New Zealand Flat Rate Standard Tracked Delivery is AUD$15 through DHL eCommerce, typical delivery time is 5 - 6 business days. Through DHL and Shippit your order is fully tracked and we provide regular email and sms updates on your deliveries status.

United States Customers

  • United States Express Tracked Delivery is provided through DHL eCommerce, pricing is calculated using the weight of your order in the checkout, typical delivery time is 4 - 6 business days. This option includes all import duties, taxes and fees. Through DHL and Shippit your order is fully tracked and we provide regular email and sms updates on your deliveries status.

 

Free Click & Collect

  • Click & Collect is available for Sydney Metro Customers.
  • Orders must be placed before midday for sameday collection.
  • Bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the front desk for pickup and you will be asked to sign for your order.
  • Pickup is from our Warehouse at the following times.
  • Monday to Friday 2pm to 8pm.
  • Saturday 2pm - 6pm.
  • Sunday Closed.
