Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched from our Warehouse in Melbourne, Australia
  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday before are typically dispatched within 1-2 days after processing, verification and packing. During school holidays and other annual holidays shipping may be futher delayed due to staffing shortages or reduced hours. We aplogise for any inconvenience.
  • Orders placed on Fridays after 12 noon AEST as well as on weekends are typically dispatched on Monday.
  • Our warehouse is closed on Australian and Victorian statutory holidays and items ordered on or prior to a holiday will be dispatched the next business day
  • If there is an issue dispatching your order we will contact you via email
  • Please be aware that delivery times by Australia Post do change from time to time and do include deadlines for peak times of the year. Please refer to our shipping deadlines for the most up to date information.

 

Orders containing Pre-Order products

  • Please be aware we do not automatically split orders.
  • If your order contains a Pre-Order product we will wait until all products arrive before dispatching your order.
  • If you prefer not to wait for all products to be available please place seperate orders for Pre-Order products.
  • If your order contains a Pre-Order product and you'd like it split please contact us, additional delivery fees may apply.

Australian Customers

Australia Post have temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee

All of our Australian delivery options have flat rate pricing so no matter how much you buy you always know how much you will pay. Tracking is provided on all orders with the exception of Australia Standard Letter envelope, please check your dispatch email or order details in My Account.

  • Flat Rate Standard Delivery Australia Wide via Australia Post and processed through www.shippit.com.au, typical delivery time is 2 - 7 business days. Shippit is fully tracked and provides regular email and sms updates on your deliveries status. Most orders are sent with Australia Post but there are times where we may use other courier services when we can provide a faster delivery time at no extra cost.

  • Flat Rate Express Delivery Australia Wide via Australia Post and processed through www.shippit.com.au, typical delivery time is 2 - 5 working days. Shippit is fully tracked and provides regular email and sms updates on your deliveries status. Most orders are sent with Australia Post Express but there are times where we may use other courier services when we can provide a faster delivery time at no extra cost.

  • Big & Bulky Delivery Australia Wide (This option is suspended due to current shipping restrictions) through www.shippit.com.au on products that are often to big for Australia Post and are charged per product. 

  • Australia Post Letter Service is available for products that can fit in a small envelope and are sent via Australia Post. Please note this service is untracked and generally only available on Greeting Cards.

 

International Delivery Options

Our International delivery service is currently available to USA, Canada & New Zealand. Shipping to other countries including the UK are suspended.
 

International Customers

Please be aware that as the customer you may be required to pay additional import duties, taxes or fees  for your order to clear customs as it arrives in the destination country. Aussie Toys Online is not responsible for paying these import duties, taxes or fees. Please check with your local customs office as these fees will vary by country.

  • International Standard Tracked Delivery is provided through Australia Post and pricing is calculated using the weight of your order in the checkout. Through Shippit your order is fully tracked and regular email and sms updates are available on your deliveries status when ordered through aussietoysonline.com.au. Delivery timeframes are below:

    • New Zealand 5 - 7 business days

    • North America (USA & Canada) 10 - 15 business days

Order Tracking

  • With the exception of Letter Post, all deliveries from Aussie Toys Online are sent with tracking.
  • You may receive email and/or sms notifications with updates on the status of your delivery.
  • You can track your order by visiting My Account, Track My Order or checking your email inbox for a dispatch notification.

Products with Batteries

Unfortunately some products cannot be sent internationally or by express services because they include batteries.

In those instances we cannot ship that product to your location.
 

Returned Parcels

Orders returned to us for any reason, such as an incorrect address, item not being claimed by you etc will incur an AU $15.00 return postage fee for domestic orders and a minimum AU $30 fee for international orders. Where your order cost is higher the rate of the orginal shipping cost will be used. This only partially covers the return postage charges that we are charged.

Please note this fee will be deducted from any refund you receive, or will need to be paid along with the new postage fee before re-sending your item.
