After I made my purchase it was established that the incorrect recipient address was used so the parcel never arrived. I emailed your company and received great attention from Nick who di everything he could to sort the problem. The pandemic meant Aust Post has slowed (more than usual) However Nick has informed me the toy was returned to you and is arranging a credit for me so I am very happy at the outcome.

Bluey

My granddaughter received her Bluey stuffed toy yesterday. She was so excited and happy. We got a very positive and helpful response when we could not find or track this toy. We understand because of COVID that all the shipping carriers are inundated with shipments that are more important for everyone’s health so it meant a lot to us that Aussie Toys tracked down this surprise for our granddaughter. Thank you to Skippy and the team for finding and getting it delivered to her. I will definitely be contacting y’all again.

The stuffies are very cute and look well made, my grandkids will LOVE them. They love the Bluey cartoon and play about, singing the Bluey theme song. The only issue is that the stuffies are a little smaller than expected, but will nonetheless be a hit. I give it a five out of five.
